• Hand selected beef, ensuring each piece meets our expert butchers high standards.
• Free range pigs from Blythburgh in Suffolk. Arguably the best Pork available in the UK today. A Jersey Red Duroc crossbred to a Large Yorkshire white gives us a pig that we can always call on to deliver succulent, delicious meat.
• Our Lambs are locally farmed in East Meon, less than 4 miles from our door!
• Our Chicken come from the Sutton Hoo farm in Suffolk. Hubbard Chickens, known for big legs as a free range chicken should have! Fully free in the field, slow grown for 70% longer than standard chickens!

We understand that sometimes, buying a big piece of meat can be quite daunting, especially if it's the first time you're cooking it. That's why we take the time to understand our customers and their needs. We believe that buying meat should be easy for everyone. If you aren't sure, ask us, we love to help, and we love to hear back from our customers after they have cooked, finding out how it went.
